Renewal continues the current plan
A renewal uses the current plan and contractual due date. The renewal date advances only after payment and fulfilment are confirmed.
Your account shows the due date and available renewal action for an eligible SIM.

Top-ups and roaming are one-time packages
A top-up or roaming package adds the selected allowance without changing the base plan renewal date. Availability depends on the active SIM and current catalogue.
Review the package scope and duration before payment.

Use account status as the source of truth
The account links each purchase to its payment and fulfilment status. An initiated payment is not the same as a completed package.
Contact support with the order reference if a paid action remains pending.
